Faber & Faber is no longer hosting the Discography pages to the book. It would be nice if you could post those lists on a blog somewhere as well.

Do you know of any retailers in the US that are selling the UK edition? I've been hoping to find one w/out paying Amazon UK's fairly steep shipping costs.
